Cefalù is a highly sought-after and overcrowded destination throughout the summer months, thanks to its crystal-clear sea and the fun and nightlife it offers, but it is also worth popping in during the winter period to experience Christmas in Cefalù. The Norman town offers a vast calendar of events every year to mark the Christmas season!
From 7 December to 6 January, Cefalù transforms its typical summer soul into a Christmas one: living nativity scenes and local events are the main attractions. For the little ones, a stop at Santa Claus’s house is a must.
Not to be missed are the Cefalù Cathedral, the medieval wash-house, the Salvatore Cicero municipal theatre and the Mandralisca Museum, which houses important works by Antonello da Messina, the Flemish school and Sicilian artists.
